"480 Minutes" - Shoes Drop Like Rain

Recap: The Trumpster fired the FBI Director who handed him the election and admitted the firing was due to the Russia investigation; he fired the Deputy Director of the FBI a day before he would be eligible for his pension; his former campaign manager and that criminal's right-hand man have been indicted; the former National Security Advisor has pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI; following a raid on his personal lawyer/fixer's office the statements coming from said lawyer/fixer stand in direct contradiction to those of his boss's most loyal FAUX News sycophant; even his most ardent defenders seem 100% certain that he is guilty of crimes hence the word "flip"is getting thrown around a lot.  And then there are those Russia sanctions, not the ones which passed both houses of Congress almost unanimously 9 months ago which Trumpster has blocked, but the more recent ones in response for Russia's support of Syria's chemical attacks on civilians which "no puppet no puppet you're the puppet" has also blocked.

Who are the criminals? Who is at the end of Putin's leash? Clearly Sweet Potato Stalin is, but it would also seem that congressional leadership is, too.  Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell's complete and utter refusal to act as even the mildest check on the wildly out-of-control executive branch represents criminal dereliction of duty.

Today we will debut new music from A Place To Bury Strangers  (Brooklyn, NY, @APTBS), Elke (East Village, NY), Last Quokka (Perth, Australia), LKFFCT (Montclair, NJ, @LKFFCT), Mastersystem (Frightened Editors, @mstrsystm), and Poptone (Bauhaus, Tones on Tail, Love and Rockets).

The show is live-hosted from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastern U.S. Time and is followed by 2 hours of uninterrupted music.  The show is then rebroadcast in it's entirety beginning at 7 p.m., then again on Saturday at 5 a.m. and 3 p.m., and one final time on Sunday at 1 a.m., followed by a rebroadcast of this week's Fuzzy Road radio show at 11 a.m.
